Ronald Krönen (our founder and CEO)
A seasoned executive technical recruiter with over 28 years experience. Ron attended Franklin University located in Lugano, Switzerland. He studied International Economics and Human Resources as dual majors. He has traveled and lived throughout the world and is trilingual. He started his career with Project Objectives, LLC. (An IBM company) in 1980. After a stay of almost 10 yrs he joined an Oracle Business Alliance Member, DataForce USA/UK, LLC. as the Director of Recruiting (South Eastern USA and Latin America.) After his stay with DataForce USA/UK, Ron started ERP Source, which evolved into The SourceGroup. After a successful merger with American Recruiters Intl., he moved forward with the start up of E-TECH SOLUTIONS , a highly specialized silicon chip design / emulation / verification staffing firm addressing ASICS | FPGA | Verilog technology…which has evolved into and is now called KRÖN-TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, LLC (a SAP consulting, staffing firm) which specifically addresses SAP Enterprise Resource Architecture . He has also authored and created a Recruiting Methodology that optimizes organic internet sourcing techniques called Best One Recruiting Methodology (Ron has over 19 years of SAP recruiting as well as comprehensive experience in all areas of ERP).
